Rachida Essadiq
Meet Rachida, the driving force behind Elucid Consulting. Born into a family of serial entrepreneurs, business has been the rhythm of her life since childhood. Growing up, she watched her father build a diverse portfolio of successful businesses in his adopted American homeland, while her summers were filled with adventures exploring her grandfather's thriving enterprises in Morocco.
However, Rachida's own entrepreneurial journey took the scenic route. Armed with a degree in print journalism in 2004, she quickly learned the art of pivoting as the newspaper industry transformed in the digital age. This adaptability became her career cornerstone.
For 15 years, she honed her writing and leadership skills in the dynamic world of Marketing. Navigating both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, she left her mark on publicly traded companies and small businesses alike. Her career culminated in the financial industry, where she marketed and sold technology and payment systems to small and midsize businesses.
This diverse experience has given Rachida a unique lens into the intricacies of business growth and operations. She's emerged as a powerful marketing strategist, a master networker, and an invaluable resource to her clients.
Her superpower? Transforming small businesses into well-oiled machines through strategic marketing and operational excellence.
Rachida is not just a business consultant; she's a growth catalyst for entrepreneurs and teams who need that extra push.
When she's not helping businesses, she's fully immersed in her role as a mother to the best daughter in the world and an active member of her community in Cranford, NJ.
